Sourcing

Where it comes from

Vegetables come from two growers in the Rivelin valley and one market garden at Whirlow. Fish is landed at Whitby and driven over on Tuesday and Friday. Meat is bought whole from a farm at Hathersage and broken down here. The bread is made in the morning, downstairs.
