Before you come in

  1. Take the pain relief you would usually take, as the packet says.
  2. A knocked-out adult tooth: hold it by the crown, keep it in milk and come straight in.
  3. A broken piece: bring it with you in a little milk or a clean bag.
  4. Swelling: a cold pack on the cheek helps, but never heat.
  5. Bring your health fund card, and we claim it at the desk.
