What the plan leaves out

Everything else is at the published fees.

Operations, dentals and medicines

Charged at the fee list, the same as for anyone. The plan covers the year's routine care and nothing that is decided on the day.

Nights and weekends

Lakeland Animal Emergency's fees are their own, and no plan of ours covers them.

Leaving the plan

Stop the Direct Debit in any month. We add up what was used at the fee list, take off what you have paid, and send the difference either way.
