Eleven tonnes from Ffestiniog, stacked in the yard for a fortnight while the roofers finish the west pitch. It is a colder grey than the sample, which we prefer and did not plan. It landed on 12 Aug 2026.

Wave one opens on Thursday at nine. You have forty-eight hours before the public list, and there are 40 invitations going out across the rooms that are finished.
The tag with a number on it is already on its hook. If Thursday does not suit, wave two is in April and you keep your place.

What you get
Built for inboxes, not for a screenshot
5 documents in src/emails/, each with an HTML and a plain-text part.
- Tables, not flexbox
- Outlook on Windows renders through Word, which supports neither flexbox nor grid. Every column in these documents is a td.
- Inline styles only
- Gmail strips head styles in some contexts and rewrites class names in others. Nothing here depends on a selector matching.
- Tokens inlined as hex
- var() does not resolve in most clients. Each value is copied from theme.css with the token it came from named beside it, so a rebrand is a find-and-replace with a map.
- Dark by declaration
- color-scheme and supported-color-schemes are set to dark so the clients that invert light emails leave these alone, and they match the site instead of becoming mud.
- A real plain-text part
- renderText() builds it from the same source. HTML-only mail is filtered harder, and the text part is also the accessible fallback.
- One source, two renderers
- The page you are reading and the documents themselves both render src/emails/sequence.ts. A preview built separately is a preview that lies the first time somebody edits one and not the other.
